Our Packages

Full Planning

Planning can easily turn into a full time job. Our full planning packages allow couples and their families to turn over the challenging parts of planning while retaining the decision-making and overall vision.

Pricing starts at $8,000, plus percentage rate

Partial Planning

You know what you want, you just don’t have the time or expertise to execute the details and need someone to take care of some items. You get to do the fun stuff!

Pricing starts at $3,800

Mini Coordination

You are doing most of the work yourself, but need an expert to guide you, provide resources, and be there on the day of the event to carry out your dream!

Onboarding call upon booking

We'll review your current plans and what you need to do next!

Logistics meetings tailored to your package

We'll figure out the schedule together for how often to meet and ensure that you feel comfortable.

Email Communication

Copy me on an email with a vendor! Send a contract over for a quick review. Ask a quick question. Email is a great way to get your answers throughout the planning process.

Vendor recommendations

I recommend vendors that I believe will align with your vision and budget. I do not take commission in exchange for recommendations - I just love these vendors!

Post-wedding wrap-up with vendors and the couple

I will follow up with all vendors and ensure that the photo gallery is sent out for use in social media.

Custom timeline creation

We will create a timeline that helps your vendors give you the correct pricing for your needs, streamline your day, and add enough buffers to ensure that things go smoothly.

Comprehensive Day-of Details Document

This document is usually 8-12 pages long and includes contact information, vendor details, timelines, floor plans, setup lists, and everything else we need for a wedding day.

Onsite staffing and setup of personal items

We make sure that all items such as escort cards, card boxes, signage, and other small items are set up for you. We keep everyone on schedule and work with your vendors so you can focus on your wedding fun!

  • I am based out of Chicago but I love planning all over and can easily plan remotely. I’ve worked events in many states and even internationally!

  • I do not take commission from other vendors for recommendations. I only recommend people I think would be a good fit for your wedding.

  • Yes! I have planned weddings of all types. Diversity and inclusion are very important to me and my goal is to ensure an authentic and loving experience.

  • Yes. Most people don’t realize that the venue coordinator is there to see to the best interests of the venue. You need someone to be totally focused on your details, coordinating with other vendors, and problem-solving if something comes up.

  • I am currently listed as a preferred planner at a number of venues in Chicago and Naperville. However, I have worked at dozens of venues over the years (in many states!) and truly believe that a good planner can manage anywhere. 

  • I would say that most of my clients range between $20,000-$200,000. But I don’t place limits in either direction.
