Terms & Conditions

Before contracting services with Sholeh Events, please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions and make sure that you understand them. Sholeh Events reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on the website, it is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you visit the website. All transactions made with Sholeh Events will be subject to these Terms and Conditions. Sholeh Events reserves the right to cancel a contract at any stage.

Sholeh Events cannot be held responsible for any order discrepancies or services not directly rendered by Sholeh Events.  

All testimonials on the www.sholehevents.com site are examples of the results other clients have received, however are not guaranteed results for all clients, nor should all clients assume the same achieved results.  

Payment

A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of contract signing to secure the date of your event services. Dates are not held until a contract is signed and the payment is made in full.  Additional payments are made in installment payments outlined in your contract.

Refunds

We cannot process refunds due to errors on approved timelines, rental quotes, floral quotes or other 3rd party vendor services regardless of where the error originated. While we take great care to call attention to any errors we may see during the planning process, final signed contracts and approved timelines are ultimately the responsibility of the client.  

Cancellations

You may cancel your signed agreement at any time with written notice. Cancellation of contract will forfeit the non-refundable deposited retainer and any previous installments made. If a cancellation occurs in less than 30 days of the event date, no refunds will be given on previous installment payments made and the final balance will be due in full. This contractual agreement is non-transferrable. 

Copyright 

All documents, forms, guides, design boards, questionnaires, timelines and content remain the copyright of Sholeh Events. They may not be reproduced in any form without prior written permission from Sholeh Events. Any improper or illegal use of the forms, guides, inspiration boards, questionnaires, timelines and content or any other intellectual property, legal action will be pursued. 

It is the clients’ responsibility to get permission to reproduce any copyrighted material. You shall indemnify Sholeh Events on written demand in respect of any third party claims that material provided by you infringes that third party’s copyright. Sholeh Events reserves the right to refuse use of photographs if they do not meet the standards required for a high quality print. 

Photo Release Clause

Client agrees to allow any event images for display on social media, advertising, website, blog, magazine submission or any other means of promotion for Sholeh Events. Client waives any right of payment, royalties, or any other consideration for the use of the images. Client waives the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein client's likeness appears. 

If you do not want your personal information to appear in promotional material, you must provide us with a written request at the time of contracting our services.

Sholeh Events (www.sholehevents.com) assumes no responsibility for the business practices of the companies herein, nor assumes responsibility for any contractual agreements between the consumer and the event venue or vendors arising out of, or in connection with the use of Sholeh Events or its services.

We follow accepted industry standards to protect any personal information you have provided to us. However, please be aware that no method of electronic storage can ever be 100% secure. Therefore, as is the case with any organization – we are not in a position to guarantee the absolute security of your information.

This website utilizes industry standard analytics packages which gather limited information on visitors to our website automatically and stores this anonymous information in server log files. This information may include IP addresses, browser type, basic IP information, referring pages, operating system used and date/time stamps. This information does not identify individual users; it is used only for site administration, as well as for analysis of website usage and trends.

Additionally, cookies may be used to provide easier and faster access to website features such as logins and/or repeat visits.  Cookies are very small text files that are stored on personal computers for reference purposes. We do not store in cookies any personally identifiable information in cookies.
