I had the honor of serving as the event planner for the 2024 National Hellenic Museum Gala, a spectacular evening that brought together over 610 guests in celebration of Greek history, art, and culture. Held at the prestigious Hilton Chicago, the gala successfully raised over $975,000, supporting the museum’s mission to preserve and share the Greek-American story with the world.

Managing all aspects of the event—including logistics, registration, vendors, sponsors, and leading a dedicated team of 10—was both a challenge and a rewarding experience. The evening was filled with inspiring speeches, cultural pride, and generous support from distinguished guests and philanthropists, all united by a common goal to honor and sustain the museum’s invaluable contributions.

The success of this gala is a testament to the dedication and passion of everyone involved. From meticulous planning to seamless execution, it was truly a night to remember—one that showcased the power of community and shared heritage.
